My full name is Jacqueline but I go by Jackie. I was born and raised in the busy city of Los Angeles. At the age of 14, my family decided to relocate to Mexico, a small Tequila manufacturing town called Arandas. It's a region known as the highlands, in the state of Jalisco, Mexico. Four years later, after graduating high school I moved back to Los Angeles. I knew in my gut I wanted to become a fashion designer but I got scared. Therefore, I started college studying to obtain my BA in International business because it was "safe". On various days, I would find myself frustrated because my true passion was in fashion design. Three years later, I decided life is too short, took a gamble on myself, turned off the background noise, and began the journey to obtain my fashion degree from The Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandise in Los Angeles.  It has been by far the best decision of my life! like Snoop Dog said, I wanna thank me, for believing in me!
